What this site collects
When you send a request through the form, we receive the name, email address and message you typed, plus the page you sent it from and the country your connection resolves to. Nothing else is asked for and nothing is bought from third parties.
The site uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand which pages people read. Both work with anonymized identifiers and neither receives your name or email address.
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a request comes from a person rather than a script.
Use
What happens with it
Your message goes to the sales desk by email, and someone replies to it. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell, rent or share contact details, and we do not add you to a newsletter you did not ask for.
Requests are kept for as long as the project conversation is active, and cleared within 24 months of the last message.
Your rights
Asking for a copy, a correction or deletion
Write to info@tribu-furniture.com and say what you want done. We answer within 30 days, and the request itself costs nothing.
If you are in California, the CCPA gives you the right to know what is held, to have it deleted, and not to be treated differently for asking. If you are in the EU or the UK, the GDPR gives you the same rights plus a copy of the data in a portable format.
